I've got a bunch of fillets. Going to grill some but there will be kids that want fried fish. Shirley you can deep fry them huh?

I like to cut then in fingers and fry in a wet beer batter like traditional fish and chips

Yes it will. Just cut filets into smaller strips.

They fry up great but aren't as forgiving to overcooking as as some other fish.
