Probably not the exact one, but close.

yeah, i see a few versions of the box but, the one in the video looks better. And of course they don't tell you what it's called or where to get it in the video. I even read through some of the comments and no one asked the question.

One of the best meals I have ever had was shish kabobs. I was friends with a persian MD when I lived in Cleveland. His friend was a chef from Tabriz and they would invite us over for what he would call Persian shish kabob.

It was ground beef and lamb that was pressed on a long flat skewer and grilled with onions on a wood fire. Served with long grained rice and some turkish looking dipping sauce.

This was simple and incredibly delicious.

If they were a little cheaper, I'd pick one up. We do filipino pork skewers every few months and this would save a lot of time.

This tool is obviously for street vendors. Nothing better than a skewer of salty meat while drinking beer and walking the streets.
