Despite the silly title I'm being serious . Right now I have one 4.5 lb of Louisiana dry and 8 oz of Louisiana liquid. Everyone coming likes them spicy and it's my first time boiling. Do I have enough? I also have some cayenne I could add if it'll help. Oh and if it wasn't obvious already I'm talking about crawfish .

TIA and happy Saturday to everyone!

Use what you have plus 1 small bag of swamp fire and 2 flow through bags of zats , will make 1 sack very spicy , just make sure not to use too much water( before you start anything put crawfish in your pot cover with water by a few inches, take crawfish out and mark level, go clean you ur crawfish and when you get ready to boil use your mark to fill your pot)

No doubt best answer. I'd also suggest less vegetables. The less vegetables, the more seasoning to enter the crawfish shell.

Chinese Red Pepper is better than Cayenne when boiling crawfish!

You take the full pepper in the pot or cut them in half?

If I want mine to be spicy I use

4.5 pounds bag Louisiana
1 pound bag Louisiana
12 oz bottle Zats
2 flow bags Zats
Half a container of cayenne

Taste as they soak.

I've never tried the chinese red pepper so I can't comment, though Id like to give it a shot. If you use the above and it still isn't spicy enough, I don't know what to tell you.

That's the exact sound I made the first (and last) time I sucked the head.

No thanks.

Fonz - Chinese Red Pepper can be found next to seafood boil spices in grocery. Comes dried powder form like cayenne
