Yeah but you're in Louisiana now?

A keg can last a good while if it's kept on CO2. A 5 gallon keg can last me anywhere from a month to a few months depending on how many people I have over and how good the beer is.

You make up for it in LA though. Amirite?

What is my life?

Very drunk. I considered videoing the conversations he was trying to have with me.
We shared a totinos pizza and then he looked in the fridge when we finished the whole thing and said "where's the rest of it?"
That's after the pizza stuck to the oven and he kept fussing at me to grab it with my HANDS. So I called him a tard and he cried laughing.
Also.. His pants were unbuttoned when we got home and I asked him why he's walking around with his pants undone (they button all the way where a zipper would normally be) and he said "because I hate people"....
....?

How much work/$ does it take to get a keg system set up? I have a bar in my backyard and am strongly considering getting a keg set up.

I'm going off of memory. Been a few years since I built it.
Scratch and dent chest freezer - $120
Regulator and co2 tank - $120
Temperature controller - $70
Faucets and shanks - $50 each
Misc fittings and tubing - $30
Corny kegs - ~$45 these days, used
Wood for freezer collar - $20
Drip tray - $30
I'm sure I'm forgetting something.

I had no alcohol yesterday, but that broke a pretty long streak.
