Love my habanero hot sauce in a bowl of grits with a nice sprinkling of salt to go with it.
Any seafood po-boy, jambalaya, chili. I also like my hot wings HOT so they get seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a few shakes of the above hot sauce, air fried and hit again with more hot sauce.

I love tobasco on stews and gumbo, something about the vinegar tastes of the tobasco pairs well with roux.

Not a hot sauce lover but its awesome on Jambalaya, even a dam good jambalaya. Also, red beans n rice

Any fried freshwater fish needs hot sauce either liberally added in the wet batter and/or sprinkled on the finished product on the plate or bun.

Sriracha on pizza is a must. Also, sriracha on a hotdog or chilidog is awesome.
Sriracha and Cholula are my house brands. Occasional guest appearances from other brands, but none seem to make it to staple status like Sriracha and Cholula.
Cholula on the Mrs chicken poppyseed, makes it damn tasty. I almost turn the dish red, which seems to annoy her.
