Not necessarily favorite but I like hot sauce on pasta. Drives my wife nuts when she makes sauce and then watches me reach for a bottle.

Any pasta that’s cheesy or creamy is getting tons of hot sauce for me. Such a good combination.

Anytime i cook tacos or burritos i love some Cholula. As for Louisiana style hot sauce my favorite is throwing on fried fish.

I like adding this anytime I want to add some heat. Its HOT so use sparingly but has a good flavor. I order it on Amazon. Think it was at Firehouse Subs is where I discovered it.

Obviously fried chicken but I like some in my macaroni and cheese and it's really good on a slice of pizza too.

Eggs, hash browns/farm potatoes, gumbo and crawfish Monica.

Reheated crawfish Monica (after them flavors meshed) with a side of crusty charred bread and a few dabs of Tabasco is like manna from God

Definitely a bowl of chili, clam chowder, soups. And sardines. The rest I usually use salsa.

Pizza, seafood, eggs, hot wings and soup. Underrated: replace some of the juice in a jar of pickles with hot sauce for some added spice.

Grabbed some from a new place, in a gas station. Order came with a couple packs of Valentina's hot sauce. No idea why but I never put hot sauce on fried chicken before. With Valentina's was quite tasty.
