Ran out of sandwiches the 1st day, 1200 sandwiches it 1st day. Had to turn people away at the door. They had to close early.

Know where it is. What is the way the BBQ is cooked? Wet or dry rub.

Hi-Ho isn't bbq like you are thinking of. It's sliced pork or beef soaked in sauce and on a bun, plain or dressed.

it is roasted, thin sliced meat...with the "sauce" being the dripping from the meat.

HiHo = (Arby's + "sauce" - flavor) all wrapped up in the inappropriate title of BBQ.

I know it is an unpopular opinion on this board, but it sucked. I also went in expecting BBQ and was served something that never saw 1 wisp of smoke, and a sauce that had all the flavor of water and corn starch.
