Help - ID Billy's sausage

Wtf does FR/CH stand for? This sausage is from Billy's (Scott, Krotz Springs). It's been in my freezer for awhile....trying to identify what it is.

I bought a box of boudin for a customer the other day and it had the same thing on it.


Also, their sausage is terrible.

I think it means "frozen/chilled," as I have bought some from the cooler before labeled as "chilled."
