Have any of you been to the Popeyes buffet in Lafayette?

THer used to be one on the corner of Canal and carrollton in NOLA. Would destroy.

I never understand how some people get full off a 2 piece chicken meal. Fried chicken isnt very filling

My go to was a managers special 4 piece, 2 sides, add 1 extra side of mashed potatoes and 1 extra biscuit.


I use to occasionally get the 6 piece special with a large mashed potatoes.

During Thanksgiving, do you gorge yourself on fried turkey ? Or eat several pieces with 4-5 sides and desert ? I don't know anyone who goes to the buffet to eat a dozen pcs. of chicken.

I eat at the Popeyes buffet 2 or 3 times per year. For $10 it's hard to beat the dirty rice covered with red beans, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, sweet corn, green beans, fried liver, and banana pudding for desert. There may be a few sides I'm forgetting

it's amazing when hungover. i honestly crush the sides almost more so than the chicken.

definitely have a shitter close by for the aftermath

How late is the buffet open till?

I'd have to make it my one meal for the day, so I'm thinking 4/5pm. Gives me enough time for it to process before cleaning out the colon before bed.
