Did you guys laugh your asses off when you saw the commercial for Hardees latest cause for a heart attack? A hotdog, 1/2 pound angus beef patty, and kettle cooked potato chips? LMFAO - Amurika!

1190 Calories and 78 grams of fricking fat!!!

I had it. It was amazing.

Shitty food like this isn't America's problem. It's when this type of food makes up a significant portion of your diet, and you don't exercise.

America's obesity problem is over consumption. Has nothing to do with fast food.

No way that burger looks like that after the employees make it. In the south anyway.

why do people get so up in arms over something like this.

shite, if you eat a cheese burger and a hot dog at a bar b que, no one would look twice.

this is better bc its only one bun, save those carbs of the hot dog bun

That burger is not so much a menu item as it is a genius marketing ploy. People on Tigerdroppings, Facebook, the news, the watercooler, etc, all talking about Hardee's.......and it didn't cost Hardee's much of anything for all that buzz.

You're kidding yourself if you don't think fast food has anything to do with overconsumption.

Look at the OP. That burger contains 1100 calories. That's over half the amount of calories an average sedentary person should be eating, and in no ways does that burger give you half your daily nutrition.

A big issue with overconsumption is eating shitty foods (fast food) that are high in calories but low in actual nutritional content. It doesn't fill you up because it lacks the necessary nutrients, leading you to continue to eat calories at a surplus.

Funny that I saw the commercial for this burger last night while doing cardio at the gym. It looked so good that I stopped at Sonic on the way home
