June 14 is the 223rd anniversary of the day that the Rev. Elijah Craig first distilled whiskey from corn in Bourbon County, Kentucky.
To celebrate, I'm enjoying a nice glass of Elijah Craig 18 year.
I hope y'all will all join in with a celebratory glass of your bourbon of choice as well

Martin's Wine cellar is featuring a special barrel of Elijah Craig that they purchased and bottled themselves (I believe it is a 12 year).
