Maybe you'll pass that way again during the season. They are worthy of purchase. I've seen a sweet potato truck around Livonia, but I've never bought those, though I would expect them to be good. There's a major difference in the locally grown, freshly harvested sweet potatoes and those in grocery stores. Mr B's served some as a side dish one Fall from Avoyelles Parish and they were outstanding.

Prudhomme actually first served blackened fish at Mr B's. But, I can see how that could be confusing, as K-Paul's was the first restaurant that he owned.
