I was concerned by some of the reviews so checked out some Kamado forums and the consensus is that the grills were uniformly put together poorly by Costco staff by having screws too loose. That said, I still did not buy one myself (not in budget right now).

Does anyone have a recommendation of where to buy this grill? Pulling the trigger soon and want to find the best place to purchase.
