from costco. Looking for recipe suggestions. Thought about just throwing them on the grill but sounds boring.

BTW Happy Father's Day to all.

Butterfly and stuff with something good, bake in the oven topped with plenty of garlic, fresh parsley, lemon juice, and butter.

To put the size into perspective, what do the 20 prawns weigh?

For large shrimp (10/15 or larger) I usually throw them on the grill. For the sauce, I usually use butter with garlic and lemon, maybe some fresh herbs. If you want something different, wrap a few in bacon and grill, and baste with a sweet bbq sauce just before you take them off the grill. Occasionally I'll saute them in a cast iron skillet. I like the crust the skillet creates.

Grill them without a doubt. Probably a citrus marinade or Jamaican jerk in my humble opinion.
