Not so much a chef, but celebrity owned saints and sinners seems to be holding its own? I've only eaten there a few times, but every time the food was on point and the service was good.

Yeah, with out of town friends that want to go, but it was never bad food. I know it's a "cool" thing to be snooty about restaurants here, but the place is making money, so they probably don't care.
