There is a Lou Malnati's in Elk Grove Village on East Higgins Road. Not too far (NW) from O'Hara. I can drive from O'Hara to there in 10 minutes, maybe 15.
Gino's East in on West Higgins maybe 5 minutes east of O'Hara.
Either will provide Chicago style deep dish that you will enjoy.

I stay close to O'Hare several times a year and one that delivers that I like is Sarpino's. Your hotel will probably have a menu for them.
