On our way back from Texas and looking to stop at a BBQ dive on our way in. Any suggestions?

I've seen a few shacks off I-10 but they look really suspect. I'll keep monitoring this topic to see if there's a hidden gem. Never really had the urge to stop and take time to get my mitts full of BBQ. I've always wanted to continue on to get where I'm going.

Gator junction is the best in that area.

Gator Junction is exactly where we stopped it was pretty good, not my favorite, but it did the trick. Thanks for the responses everyone!

Agree on Gator Junction near Anuhauc exit. There's a place in Vidor, south of I 10 at the RR tracks w a choo choo ?? shaped pit which is worth a stop.
