Give me some recs for good casual restaurants in Chicago.

Wife and I are taking a long weekend in May. Prefer something in River North or the Loop since we have to walk. We want to stay casual. Not interested in steakhouses.
Been many times, just looking for some new ideas.

I go to Chicago on the reg and one of my clients recently turned me on to Pequod's pizza.
It's the shite. And a local pub armosphere. Short cab ride from river North.
