Gin and tonic. What's your gin?
Posted by RedRifle on 10/3/15 at 9:00 pm12
Normally I use Blue Ribbon London Dry Gin or Bombay sapphire but I got into a conversation with a bartender last night and he said if you're not drinking the alcohol straight it's a waste of money to buy "expensive" booze because you'll it's mixed and you'll never notice the difference. What say the OT?

Tanqueray 10. Except with a little bit of dry vermouth instead of tonic.

Bombay/Schweppes - 3 fingers with a twist
Both gin and tonic brands make a huge difference.
ETA: Bombay sapphire

Bombay saphire and shweppes always worked for me....
Until one night I found myself with a dram of Lagavulin in one hand and a cigar in the other. Never went back.
