It was all fun and games when I planted these bastards but good lord they are hot as hell and I've got about 15 just sitting on the counter. I dried some for later use, but what could I do with the rest? Any interesting recipes (preferably recipes that won't torch both ends of me)?

More of a novelty pepper imo. Putting any decent amount in dishes will be too much.
Make some really hot salsa

I make salsa. Heat doesn't have much of an impact on me anymore, so I actually use them in salads and such. I don' think you are looking for that though.

That's the plan. I can't imagine putting more than one of these in salsa.

Holy hell. Not that I don't believe you, but I'd still be shocked if you put one of these on a salad.

Oh, it's definitely true. I dice them up fine and sprinkle on top.
I actually enjoy the heat

I once roasted ghost pepper, garlic, tomato, and habeneros and blended them into a tomato sauce for spaghetti. It was interesting.

Lloyd Christmas knew what to do with some peppers.....
Save yours for a rainy day.

Not a dish, but something I've done with super hot peppers is to make hot salt. Great with with fruit or just to jazz up a plate. Dry, grind and sift the peppers with the salt.

This. I mix chili powder with salt and slice up some green mangoes with it. That is an amazing combo right there.

Dry one, grind it up, and put it in a bottle of olive oil. Pour on sandwiches with balsamic glaze

Make some hot sauce. Saute' the peppers in tomato sauce and vinegar. Add garlic, onion, spices(white pepper, tumeric, cumin, etc.), sugar, and salt. Cook it down until the peppers are soft and wilted. Add water if necessary. Pour into blender and liquify. Add more vinegar to thin out the mix. Enjoy!
WARNING! Do NOT lean over the pot to smell/sniff your concoction. This never ends well.
