Ribs. Cut into individual ribs, quick fry and then spin in Buffalo Sauce. It sounds weird, but I have had ribs in every way imaginable. We served these at Memphis in May one year as an appetizer and everyone had a fit.

I gave our cook a big ole WTF when he brought out the fryer, but they turned out surprisingly good. I was shocked.
