Any new must try foods at FQF this year? I don’t feel like paying to see what McNulty said

I miss the core restaurants that started early in the FQF days
Now it's all new places hoping to get their businesses tasted in that setting

KFC Bao (fried chicken) and Pew Pew Bao (shrimp) at Bao Mi were both tasty- in the Jax lot. Good for sampling - small serving but at $7 not overly pricey. McNulty mentioned the KFC Bao - it won an award at the Fried Chicken Festival.

Praline Connection. Usually in the food booths at the base of Canal St., near the entrance of the Aquarium. Spouse swears by them.

The duck spring roll was amazing yesterday. Forgot booth name but it was on the river front food alley. It’s fried but they knocked it out of the park.
