I have some redfish I am going to do on cedar planks. Anyone know a recipe or what they may put in their tiger sauce? I have only had a bite but the wife went there a few weeks ago and loved it.

Thanks in advance.

1 gallon of gasoline
$5 cash
1 car
1 shirt
1 pair of shoes

Make sure car has at least 1 gallon of gas if the grocery store is less than 10 miles away. If not, get more gas. Drive car to grocery store and purchase tiger sauce With $5 in cash. Throw away the change. Drive home. Put tiger sauce in pantry.

Alternative - bike to the store and you can exclude gas and car from recipe.

Oh shite, I forgot to mention that you need to make sure you have your shirt and shoes on when you go to the store, as most won't serve you if you don't! I assume you are already wearing pants.

Are you actually trying to be funny or sarcastic?

Because you aren't.

Read any crawfish boil thread and you will disagree.

No I'm not. And I'm not "Baw" either.

I just recognize a douche when I read him.

You make a good argument. I stay away from those. In the end, the crawfish always die anyway. I steer clear of the roux threads as well.

Isn't it a beurre Blanc infused with tiger sauce or am I mistaken?

I've never been to FMB, but the menu indicates a fish dish with tiger butter. Maybe it's tiger sauce in butter to make a compound butter?

SUB must not have had it. Maybe someone else has.

Well I'm going off our old Mansurs recipes and I remember aromatic herbs (Rosemary, bay leaf, and something else) sautéed with shallots and garlic slightly reduced, folding in unsalted butter and cream to make a luscious beurre Blanc....then I would imagine whisking in tiger sauce (we did creole mustard and capers for ours)
