How long can Jambalaya be frozen before it isn't safe to eat?

I have no idea how long it might be safe to eat, but I don't think it would be all that good after 6 months.

I don't care for frozen rice, myself, but I don't think it's going to be unsafe. I think the quality goes down the longer it's frozen and it depends on whether you're able to freeze it airtight as to how long it may maintain some quality.
