So been catching some that make good fillets. What have y’all found to be the best recipes for cooking or smoking them that would appeal to some folks from Lafayette and Baton Rouge or NOLA. TYIA

Whiting is a mild fish, my kids like it fried, my wife and I like ceviche, or blackened for tacos.

Lemon peppered and garlic salted whiting fillets seared in a buttered hot skillet.

It’s usually the same people who downvote every post in threads here. I wouldn’t take it personal. They meant to click the Soccer board.
