Well done is for the people who like their steak well done.
I cannot bear the shite smell of chitterlings. Perhaps they can not bear the thought of rare meat, and prefer the taste of well done meat. While it is not my thing I understand it is what they like.
I support the statements of those who say, "Why would anyone believe they have the right to object (were given the authority to choose for others) how they should like their steak?"

looks like meat candy to me. There is a awesome flavor that only raw meat has. Worth trying, IMO.
