FBD The day after Houston

Woke up in Houston early this morning, was home by 11:00. Got the yard cut by 1:00. Time for a FBD, homebrewed peach wheat.

What a weekend and what a game. Driving back now, hoping to be in Nola around 530.
Drank my fair share of brews while in H town. Highlights were the coffee noir at mongoose v cobra and the freshest Endeavour I've ever had and some BB tastings at st arnolds brewery. Had a great weekend. No beer today but that could change when I get back as I need to unload my specs haul.

Today is very painful. Got a little out of control last night after the game. FBD is a homebrew frick Ole Miss while trying to brew an IPA with a hangover. Sweating it out.

Nice. There was a point yesterday where I told my gf's mom I was fricked up. Things got out of hand. All gravy today tho.

Heading back from a beer exchange with my nephew in the Burger King parking lot in Breaux Bridge. He got a four pack of ghost for me from the brewery last week. Funny thing is, it only has three bottles in it! "Somebody" drank one. I love it! He is a true maven in training.

Any of the usual suspects in Nola have ghost yet? I know steins is closed till Tuesday. Might be a good excuse to get a philly steak.

I called around Friday. Word I received was Thursday-ish.

Steins says they are getting it Tuesday, but it didn't seem set in stone. If Avenue Pub has the keg I would think it is in town.
