I would have really liked that.
It wasn't even porter like. It was barely darker than a brown ale. Completely different mouthfeel than a porter and no real coffee flavor or aroma. And I had only had a pilsner before that.

I think I'm going to make this a detox weekend. Next BD will be Sunday night when I get back home from spending the weekend with my folks. Will definitely pick up some good stuff in Montgomery and Mobile though.
