Counted mine. 188. Plus whatever's in the 2 kegs. Plus 10 gallons in the fermenters. However, some of these are reserved for other people. So, more like 175 bottles for me.

Daunting... i have a lot (not anywhere near your amount) but I have a hard time deciding to open them for just me. When i have friends or my brother over I use it as an opportunity to kill bombers, but I can't commit to two beers in a row of any style.

I'm weak sauce, only have about 80 bottles but about 1/2 are bombers. I also have 26 gallons of homebrew for bottling - 6 gallons 100% brett pale ale, 6 gallons 100% brett blackberry baltic porter, and 14 gallons of lambic in my barrel.
