FBD is an Avery Raja. First time trying this and damn I like it a lot. Crazy interesting hop profile with low malt presence. Was pleased to see the color when I poured from the can. Plenty of danky hops, lots of citrus peel flavors too. Much less body and malt presence than their maharaja.

OK, you really want them? How does $10 each sound? You know anybody that has my contact info? I don't think we've communicated outside of TD.

We will be in touch.

I agree. I should buy it more often, but I get caught up in the hunt for hops.

I switched from ribeyes to strips a year ago. Don't regret the decision one bit.

I bought/ordered ribeyes for decades until recently. I found that I was getting sub-par, gristly ribeyes more often. Strips are more of a sure thing IMO.

If you stick to prime, strips should have plenty enough marble in them to give you the flavor and a more consistent cut.

Eta: 3bd coming up is another west coast after I finish this glass of Sequoia Grove cab.

I'm loving that new recipe.

I've purchased more Envie in the past two months than I have since it was released.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.
