It is excellent. I did not age it on purpose. Last week I discovered a little cache of beer in my closet that had been buried by stuff. There were a few good ones in there.

DR12 was not very good IMO. I thought the 13 was very good. The one I had tonight did not seem to be much different than when it was released. Maybe a little less sweet.

I am not the one to give opinions on aging beers though. I don't have much experience with holding on to beers. I drink them.

Kim there are two basic rules to mavenry:

1 / only drink IPAs that were bottled within 5 days of consumption

2 / don't drink any stouts or porters that aren't aged at least 8 years

everything else is swill

But I think I have a bottle somewhere in my beer closet. I think its behind all the westy 12s.
