Very solid.

Just got a package in from a trader. This guy didnt even bother to wrap anything. He literally took a 6-pk of cans and 1 bottle and stuck them in a box. When I opened it they were very warm. No telling how much the box was tossed around, its a miracle nothing broke or punctured. I wonder how much the quality of the beer will suffer though.

It shouldn't. Beers will get warm enroute - there's nothing you can do about that. As long as no oxygen got to the beer, they should be OK.

My concern would be that the beer is old. If the guy was that careless about packing it up, then he might not have paid attention to the age.

Yep, I was confident too because we had been texting and seemed like he does this quite often.

Just checked and the bottles and cans aren't dated.

He sent 4 On the Wings of Armageddon, 1 Ripa the DIPA and 1 Graffiti House. Just a local for local trade. Maybe yall can tell me if any of those are supposed to be any good.

i've personally never heard of them, but I looked up the first one and it has a 96 on BA with like 1900 ratings, if that means anything to you. definitely sounds promising

FBD: Crowd Control, my last can
SBD: Parade Ground, still drinking decent
TBD: Commotion, lots of green onion & vegetable flavor to this can. Think it was a batch from April.

Years ago....during the Beauregard Friday Beer thread days I had a poster on here send me a 12 pack of bottles. He just wrapped the 12 pack box in butcher paper and sent it. All soldiers survived......
