FBD and probably onlybd is one of my roommate's homebrews. Its an IPA. Not bad for an amateur beer brewer.

I said that to myself once when I was 19. I stopped lying to myself a few months later. Realized I was much too smart for that.

Have not seen you in these threads that I remember. What beers do you like?

I am still hurting from that experience at The Box.

I'm just a college kid so not as experienced a beer drinker as most of y'all, certainly wouldn't qualify as a maven, but I do often lurk these threads because I am interested in trying different beers. I'll post here from time to time if I'm drinking a good beer (at least what qualifies as a good beer for me).

As far as style I've become a pretty big fan of pale ales/IPAs. As far as brand I'm a pretty big fan of the Sweetwater brews. Probably my favorite brewery at the moment.

I did try the Rebirth Pale Ale at the Chimes yesterday. I enjoyed it.

Welcome. I can tell you've been lurking when you use the word "maven".

Anyway, it is a great time to be discovering craft beer. Lots of good info shared in these threads and you will not be fricked with like on the OT.

SweetWater was a nice addition to our market for sure. Their IPA is solid. I've been enjoying the Johnny Hash DIPA.

Again, welcome to the FBD Krewe.

I am not a college kid and I am calling it a night. I'll be at it again before noon tomorrow at The Box.

Where do you find some of their other beers? I feel like I mostly just see 420, Blue, and their regular IPA around here.
