Fbd...EZ-7 Pale ale

This lives up to the hype in spades. List eater knows his stuff...pale ale tastes like a DIPA bUT only 5 %...I think Bernie Madoff created this one.

Upvote for the music, not the beer.

Ok I don't know much about these, I know Westy 12 is popular but what about 8 and 10? I found a store that sells individual 12oz bottles of each. 15 euro for 12 and 12 euro for 8 and 10. Worth buying to bring back or stick just to the 12?

Didn't know there was a 10...

The Westy 8 is a really good beer, the Blonde is good as well, but probably not worth the $$.

Pretty sure it said 10, there was gold cap for the 12 and a green cap for the 8 maybe the blue cap was the blonde? I may have looked at it wrong as I was being rushed out of the store. 6pm closing time is serious. However, it was the first store I saw the Westy beers for sale and they had a beer/wine for 28 euro that is 40% called oude graanjenever.

That sounds right for the color caps, but you have the 8 and blonde backwards, at least as of 2011.

Maybe the '10' you saw was a Rochefort instead of Westvleteren? Also an amazing beer, but available easily enough in the US, so no point in lugging any home.

It may have been, I know it wasn't a Rockfort, I walked in about 10 minutes before closing so I didn't get ample time to look around.
They had a couple of Cantillon beers (rose, kriek, gueze) available and then some of local Trapping beers. Was a nice little bottle shop actually, I plan on going back before I leave.

FBD: LaCumbre Elevated GOAT IPA, canned 6/25/15

Been way too long since I last had a sip of this. At $8.99 for a 4-pack of 16 oz cans, this beer is a still.

Place I went to was sold out of Project Dank, though.
