What are some good seasonal beers that can be found at Calandro's/Mathernes/etc. right now? I need to go stock up for the upcoming holiday gatherings.
SN Celebration is good and would probably be acceptable to a wide range of drinkers. Then pretty much anything made by legit brewers would be good. I'm not exactly sure what all y'all get down there.

By the way, I had this years Anchor Christmas beer. Best its been in 5 or so years. They do a new recipe each year and this one is great.

I'll have to grab some. I saw it the other night but already had Ten Fidy in one hand and some NB Lips of Faith in the other and under my arm

Anchor Christmas ale is a great one. Also look for Corsendonk Christmas, St. Bernardus Christmas, Delirium Noel, Saint Arnold Sailing Santa and Saint Arnold Christmas Ale. Some people like Shiner Cheer. It's kind of peachy. OK, a lot peachy.

I saw that and was intrigued by the spruce tips but didn't pull the trigger.

As you know, I really like TB. A friend brought me a few from Stein's in NOLA. No idea why it is not available in BR, but B is working on it.

3rdBD is a Grapefruit RyePA.
Probably last too.
Really happy with the color flavor and head retention of this brew.
color is a little bit lighter than that and a very ruby color.

- I have some Anchor Christmas ale right now and I like it, but I do wish it had a bit more body...it's a tad on the thin side. I really like Sailing Santa and St. Arnold Christmas ale a lot. I'll have to keep an eye out for the others.

Y'all in town this weekend? I am thinking about venturing out of 70808. I want to see B's new setup and I want to get you the Parish GR.
