Never did an away bball game but seems like your having a good time in T-Town

I was in Tuscaloosa 2 years ago for the football game, my beer palate was nowhere near as refined as it is now or I woulda stocked up big on THA.

FBD - Shift after a lot of yardwork.

SBD - after a lot of housework...

It is a very balanced IPA, there are hop notes, but if you are looking for WOW then you won't get it. However, for less than $4 it is a stellar beer. It will be a gateway IPA for many people.

Thanks for the rec. We'll check it out. I was told that Wilhagan's has Snake Handler on tap, so I think we'll hit it tomorrow for lunch.

Tap should be easier to find than cans. They only can it quarterly and it sells out quickly.

If you find Straight to Ale Gorillanaut on tap, give it a try. It's their DIPA. Monkeynaut is a good IPA.

Since we're on the subject of beers in Bama, what's a good place to buy beers in orange beach area? Looking to bring some back.

Best selection in orange beach is the liquor store in the Winn Dixie shopping center. The tide package store has a lot of beers but they are really expensive

It's worth the drive to Paradise Liquors on the outskirts of Pensacola IMO. Nice selection, but check dates.
