I agree with what you're saying, but I'm just saying that they need to have some beers on tap that the guy who normally would order a Coors Light can drink. I didn't mean to lump all of those beers into the bland beer category, but some lagers are gateway beers. Ditto with pale ales.
I think they should use the opportunity to turn BMC drinkers onto other beers by saying, "I'm sorry, but we don't carry that mass produced shite you just asked for. Why don't I give you a couple of samples of some beers that we carry that you might enjoy?".
