And holy shite guys I'm so freakin pumped right now!!
Me and my fiancé have been looking for a place uptown for 2 months now because her fitness studio is on magazine. A place became available 8 hours ago literally a block away from her place on magazine with a balcony. 2 bedroom...we snatched it up with the quickness! Moving in July 1. Can't tell y'all how happy we are to get to live on magazine right next door to her business!

Jelly, Magazine balcony is as clutch as it gets. I have requirements for places:
1. walking distance to Magazine/Ave Pub or walking to distance to the streetcar
2. a balcony or porch.
If it doesn't have these things I don't look at it. I'd love to pull the trigger on one on Prytania right now but these guys keep dragging arse about coming to a salary $ on this job.
