Very Nice beer from tin roof. Lots of dark fruit favors, could maybe use a little more roastiness but very solid nonetheless. Hides the 10% really well. Would drink again for sure

This depends on how many people show up. Im trying to limit 20 oz per customer. We will have it again when we unveil the Parish artwork very soon.

Best batch yet IMO. Aroma is still strong. Closer in taste to batch two with the big citrus and tropical flavors on a dank resiny finish. Seems like the head retention has improved and carbonation is right on point.
