FBD
a little Parish QC experiment. Guess which one was drain poured? I'm guessing Parish sent the remaining kegs of the 8/12 batch out to distributors this week to make room for opus.

FBD oceans between us batch 2 = man that was a funky arse beer, a lot more so than the first batch. I don't think I am a Brett lover. It was interesting though
NBD peanut butter korova really nice!

NBD is throwing way back to '11. Way too far back for my comfort. It's bitter and going down the drain.

NBD - BC Mexican Big Bad Baptist. The BBB beers are all very good, IMO, and a good value, as well.

Dinner. I'm thinking a nice pumpkin beer will go well with these Korean tacos...

frick a pumpkin beer. I'm going with Deschutes Hop Trip. Meh. Not as bad as it looks, but I'm not getting the fresh hops.

The Korean Tacos were awesome. Seriously, ABV Pub may have the best combination of beer and food in the state of Oregon.

Throwing WAY back to 2009 with NBD Northcoast Old Stock Ale. Strong, figgy, stilled carbed but barely, and no evidence of 10% abv.

FBD Orpheus The Rites IPA. Juicy, yet floral. The same unique floral characteristics I got from thier other IPA last year.
