2 and last for a bit, gonna check out the local brewery in a few hours. Haven't been in about 2 years, it was pretty mediocre then. But they've expanded, so I hope that means they've improved.

My great grandma was an amazing cook. She had a chest freezer by the front door full of pints of gumbo and crawfish bisque that she would sell. She would laugh at the thought of jarred roux and pre-chopped trinity. Ah well.....culinary evolution!
