Not milsaps. I was the big guy with curly hair. Brought some Allagash. Probably looked nervous because I didn't know anyone.

I remember talking to Jones, LL, Zappa, and his wife that day and that is about it and guy from Milsaps because we talked a good bit

I think my outdoor fridge overchills my beer, even though I have it set at 1.....
Could this alter the taste of beers? I know I've poured out a couple of IPA's due to taste and not sure if it is because of my fridge or not.

Well obviously you know that some beers are more nuanced when they are closer to room temp, so on that level, sure. Do you mean more so in regards to aging? That can have an affect as well. Temps are too warm, it can kill of the yeasts that promote aging in your active beers. Likewise, too cold renders the yeast dormant. That's why they recommend temps around 55ish degrees for cellaring.

Generally fridges slow the aging process, or at least that's my understanding.
