Sounds dank IMO. That garlic will get smoked inside the meat.

Overkill, but I like it

Lather in mustard/pecan oil mixture

Apply dry rub

Smoke low and slow over oak and apple

Tbd is Westbrook IPA. Again, thanks B. Interestingly enough, this was canned within a week of the Jai Alai, and with apologies to Wiltznucs, this is a better beer. Much cleaner, and retaining a better hop presence.

If I lived in Westbrook country I'd keep this IPA and One Claw stocked at all times

It is pretty nice here, but I like to switch it up with other local IPAs as well.

No offense taken, there's an IPA for everyone and if you look over my posts you'll see I actually seldom drink Jai Alai myself. Would I say Westbrook is better? Probably not, the flavor profiles aren't really the same. I get a lot more citrus/grapefruit out of the Jai Alai. Splitting hairs, both are very good beers.

Did a bunch of chores, tried to get some reading done...failed. OBD - Endeavor (1.20.13). Shoutout to FQ Rouses for trying this time, makes such a big difference when its not 3 months old.
