There's a new brewery opening here soon who has been called the Trillium of the South. They're pouring free beer at 1 in Humble, so I'm going to check them out. I'll be fair and honest in my assessment.

Did just get a shipment in from Vermont. Traded some side project stuff for a ton of beer. Pretty excited about trying heady topper for the first time.

People I trust have had it before and are saying it's legit. Just because you have to trade for a beer doesn't mean someone local can't make it. Spindletap's Houston Haze was a step in the right direction for the local scene. I'll be honest with the review.
