Love Yazoo hop project.

Which number has been the best?

This a good question for Coater. I know he is a big fan of the 67. I've only had maybe 3 different ones. I had it for the first time back in early August on tap in Jackson and the server looked at me like I was nuts when I asked what # it was--I am thinking it was 64 or 65? I know I've had 66 and 67.

ETA: just checked out Yazoo's website and based on the Hop Project bottling dates, I bet the draft I had in early August was a 66.

i really liked 65 but 66 and 67 are both good too.

fbd is terrapin hopsecutioner.

eta: 65 and 67 are pretty similar to me. 66 was a little less bitter and a little sweeter. i have not tried 68 yet (as far as i remember)

- I'm undecided right now. It's pretty different tasting, but I think I might like it more as it warms up.

Ha, can't answer that for you. Been drinking #67 for a couple months now and that's all I've had. If it's been better I'd be interested to know myself.

FBD was the rest of the Little Sumpin Wild bomber from last night. Gonna stop there.

Did add the bourbon oak chips to my pecan winter warmer.

Yes, we must throw them away after 2 days. They begin to fade after 23 hours.

I used 8 ounces of pecan meal (ground up pecans) when steeping with the specialty grains, and have another 8 ounces in secondary.
