Cholula, Crystal, Rooster, all depending on the foods.

For chips, it is "texas texas"... damn that stuff is good, but doesn't keep since it has little preservatives.

I really like that one.

Crystal is good

Tabasco.

Crystal, Louisiana, Sriracha, Franks, Texas Pete, Tabasco, all have a place on my table. I shy away from sauces with heavy gar gum...it makes the sauce to 'muddy'
