Red wine. But I keep getting sneers about liking it cooler than room temp. I don't like room temp wine. 55 to 60 degrees is perfect.

Yeah, it's actually supposed to be served around 60 degrees.

Depending on the type, 60 degrees is a perfect median temp for reds.
