Trying to get some ideas for tommorow. Thinking maybe maybe chilled boiled shrimp, smoked salmon with capers cream cheese and dill sauce, cheese and olive tray maybe....Trying to keep it fairly light and healthy. What ya got?

Slice watermelon approx 1-2 inches, brush with olive oil and sea salt, grill for about 30-45 seconds per side on a screaming hot grill

YAKITORI

The possibilities are endless. There is a good bit of prep involved & it requires a grill but nothing beats food cooked on a stick.

I like to make a big batch of chicken salad. You can make it with Greek yogurt instead of mayo or cream cheese to keep it a little healthier.
