Man this hipster mecca is killer. Fried oyster with 2 poached eggs on top of crispy hash browns with a generous ladle of spinach hollandaise on top. This was nirvana.

Have been a couple times and while it is good, I don't get the worship.
If I woke up in an abandoned shotgun and needed to eat, I would hop on my fixie and charge breakfast to my parents credit card.
