What about a semi flexible silicon cookie sheet that you can roll up or shape to fit?

I have a tiny oven at my house. When we moved in 7 years ago, the oven was the original that was in the house when it was built in '67. It was old school. The problem was that it wouldn't heat to what temp you put it on. I should have known something was up when a metal thermometer was clipped to the rack. When you set it to 350, it would only go to about 315. But if you bumped it to the next notch (yeah, old school, had notches on a knob) at 375, it would shoot up over 450. We had a couple of undercooked and burnt meals before I decided to replace it. It is a 24 inch opening, so I had to special order it. Most of the ones you see are 27 or 30 at the minimum.

But you can't put a normal cookie sheet in it sideways, it has to go in lengthwise, and some of them just don't fit in lengthwise. I mainly use a circular one.

And why did a post about cookie sheets make it to two pages?
